Brandyfy operates on a subscription-based and project-based service model.

For subscription services, payments are billed monthly in advance. Once a subscription payment is made, it is non-refundable, as resources, hosting, and service allocation begin immediately.

For project-based services such as branding, marketing, SEO, or eCommerce solutions, refunds are not provided once work has started or resources have been allocated. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Brandyfy and must be agreed upon in writing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing cycle.
