At Brandyfy, our services involve planning, creative work, technical implementation, advertising management, strategy, and ongoing execution. Because resources are allocated in advance, refunds are subject to the terms below.

1. 3-Day Trial

Selected Complete Business Packages may include a 3-Day Free Trial, as specifically stated on the relevant package or proposal.

The trial allows prospective clients to experience our communication, workflow, onboarding, and service approach.

The trial does not mean that the entire monthly package will be delivered free of charge within three days.

Specific trial deliverables, if any, will be communicated before or during onboarding.

2. Three-Month Minimum Commitment

Our Complete Business Packages are subject to a minimum commitment of three months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By proceeding with a package that contains a three-month minimum commitment, the client agrees to the applicable commitment period and payment obligations.

3. Monthly Service Payments

Monthly service fees are payable according to the agreed billing schedule.

Once a monthly service period has started and Brandyfy has allocated resources or commenced work, the amount paid for that service period is generally non-refundable, except where Brandyfy agrees otherwise or where required by applicable law.

4. Website and Branding Services

Website development, branding, UI/UX, graphic design, and other creative services involve dedicated time and resources.

Payments relating to completed or substantially completed work are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Brandyfy may retain amounts reasonably attributable to completed work, resources committed, third-party costs, and other non-recoverable expenses.

5. Social Media and Content Services

Monthly social-media and content services are planned and scheduled in advance.

Once a monthly service cycle has started, fees for that cycle are generally non-refundable.

Unused content or deliverables do not automatically result in a refund where delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, assets, approvals, or feedback.

6. SEO and Digital Marketing

SEO, digital marketing, strategy, optimization, and consultation services are professional services.

Fees for completed service periods are generally non-refundable.

SEO rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other business results are not guaranteed.

7. Meta Ads and Google Ads

Brandyfy’s management fee and advertising spend are separate.

Advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms are not Brandyfy service fees and are generally not refundable by Brandyfy.

Any refunds issued by an advertising platform are governed by that platform’s policies.

8. Client-Caused Delays

Refunds will generally not be provided for delays caused by:

• Failure to provide content
• Failure to provide credentials
• Delayed approvals
• Lack of communication
• Changes in requirements
• Failure to provide required business information
• Third-party account restrictions
• Platform outages

9. Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, hosting, premium software, paid plugins, stock assets, advertising spend, payment-processing charges, and other third-party expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or committed.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Where a three-month minimum commitment applies, cancellation does not automatically remove the client’s payment obligations for the agreed commitment period.
